Role Overview

The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Management team to ensure day-to-day project operations run smoothly. This position involves assisting with project documentation, scheduling, procurement, financial tracking, safety communications, and overall project coordination to guarantee projects are delivered precisely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Project, Field Management, and Construction teams.

  • Assist in procuring materials and rental equipment like electrical devices and machinery.
  • Manage financial documentation for expenses, labor, rentals, and subcontractor costs.

  • Support preconstruction planning, coordination, and handoff procedures.
  • Operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Travel extensively as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
