Role Overview
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Corporate Communications, the Marketing & Analytics Manager will spearhead the design, execution, and refinement of integrated marketing campaigns while fostering data-driven decision-making processes within Temasek Polytechnic.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and deploy integrated marketing and communication strategies in line with Temasek Polytechnic’s corporate objectives and key performance indicators.
- Lead comprehensive campaign planning encompassing paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Supervise creative concept development, media buying, production processes, and ongoing campaign enhancement.
- Manage campaign budgets, deadlines, and deliverable quality.
- Create executive dashboards and reports tracking reach, engagement, conversions, share of voice, website traffic, ROI, and AI-driven performance metrics.
- Utilize analytics and AI tools to evaluate campaign, event, and audience performance, uncovering trends, forecasting outcomes, and generating actionable insights.
- Employ AI-powered platforms to automate reporting, derive audience insights, support forecasting, and improve marketing decision-making efficiency.
- Conduct post-campaign and After Action Reviews incorporating AI-assisted analyses to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Benchmark Temasek Polytechnic's marketing performance against best industry practices and peer institutions, stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies to advance marketing impact.
- Assess and suggest new AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing analytics, content effectiveness, workflow productivity, and audience engagement.
- Optimize digital marketing strategies including social media, website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Track emerging digital trends, platform developments, and youth engagement patterns.
- Collaborate with internal departments, academic schools, and stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee creative, media, and research agencies ensuring high-quality and timely outputs.
- Present strategic recommendations and analytical insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant academic qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics or associated fields.
- At least five years of professional experience in integrated marketing, digital communications, or marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with social listening tools, audience segmentation techniques, and media monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, media planning, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
- Excellent analytical abilities, project coordination skills, and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
