Role Overview
Gratitude India, a global leader in technology and consulting, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead its Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations based in Chennai. The position demands end-to-end ownership of invoice processing, payment verification, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), client governance, handling exceptions, driving process enhancements, and managing team productivity—all while maintaining precision, quality, and operational superiority.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
Applicants should hold an MBA, M.Com, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent degree and possess between 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Procure-to-Pay or Finance and Accounting (F&A) functions. Proven expertise in team management, accounts payable processes, SLA supervision, client governance, and stakeholder engagement is essential. Proficiency with MS Office tools combined with robust analytical capabilities is required.
