Overview
This role involves strategic planning and execution to ensure full manpower availability at the plant, aligning recruitment processes with ISO/IATF standards, and collaborating closely with the Corporate HR team for graduate engineer trainees' recruitment across the JSW Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Developing and revising job descriptions and specifications as needed.
- Maintaining and updating organizational and vacancy charts for management information systems.
- Compiling and verifying departmental data related to TEF/KPI, production, environmental health, and housekeeping to facilitate monthly PIB calculations.
- Ensuring audit compliance by maintaining thorough hiring and PIB documentation.
- Sourcing candidates through diverse channels including databases, online platforms, consultancies, and employee referrals.
- Reviewing candidate resumes and applications to determine suitability.
- Conducting candidate interviews alongside relevant department authorities.
- Negotiating job positions and compensation terms with prospective hires.
- Securing necessary approvals from senior management via eNFA following group protocols.
- Managing employee onboarding processes within company systems.
- Addressing grievances involving expense reimbursements for both new and existing employees.

- Prioritizing recruitment for multiple open positions.
- Assessing candidates' competencies during initial discussions.
