Role Overview
This opening is for a Direct Sales Manager position with Aditya Birla Health Insurance under the direct marketing function. The role is based in Tamil Nadu and is a full-time, on-site opportunity.
Education and Experience
The employer is looking for candidates who have completed any graduation. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in any domain, gained with the current employer, is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily sales outreach and meet clients for financial planning discussions.
- Win new customers and work toward the assigned premium target.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to prospects and customers.
- Follow up on leads shared by the company for fresh business and cross-sell opportunities.
- Promote additional products to existing customers and help expand their portfolio value.
- Maintain customer relationships to support renewals and ongoing policy continuation.
- Follow all sales procedures, operations standards, underwriting rules, compliance requirements, and proper data entry practices.
- Deliver the sales and financial KPI goals attached to the role.
- Work in line with the company’s sales process, AML and KYC norms, code of conduct, and internal policies.
