Job Overview
We are seeking an Asset Disposal Manager with a minimum of two years' experience in asset disposal, particularly within the affordable sector. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and involves managing the disposal of assets efficiently while fostering business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable buyers or investors for various properties to facilitate sales.
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with accredited third-party asset buyers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and journalizing of all disposed assets for record-keeping.
- Coordinate actively with other departments to generate and track potential leads.
- Compile and submit detailed monthly reports on asset disposal activities to senior management.
Eligibility
