Area Talent Management Executive

Position Overview

Reliance Jio is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Executive - Talent Management based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The position requires a qualified professional responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle post joining to foster a seamless experience.
• Coordinate the completion of induction processes and Return from Resignation (RFR) on schedule.
• Ensure punctual execution of all HR operational duties to maintain employee satisfaction.
• Conduct the Performance Management System (PMS) adhering to set timelines and guidelines.
• Complete required field visits following company policies.
• Implement employee engagement programs effectively within allocated budgets.
• Build strong employee relationships and assist in resolving employee grievances and issues.
• Maintain fundamental HR hygiene and collaborate with the Industrial Relations team on compliance matters.
• Facilitate the Internal Job Process (IJP) for eligible employees as per company directives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Master's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR or talent management roles.
