Position Overview

We seek a skilled Architectural Design Engineer to develop innovative architectural concepts, create detailed design documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. This role encompasses managing the entire design process from initial concept through final construction documentation, ensuring adherence to client requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts, schematic and detailed designs for diverse projects.
• Produce architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using professional software.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Analyze project briefs, client needs, and site challenges to develop suitable design solutions.
• Guarantee compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Engage in design evaluations, technical meetings, and client presentations.
• Conduct site inspections to verify design implementation and address any technical problems.
• Support preparation of project timelines, design reports, and technical dossiers.
• Evaluate contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material specifications.
• Assist project managers in meeting quality, budgetary, and scheduling targets.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, sustainability practices, and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Between 1 and 4 years of practical engineering experience.
• Professional engineering certification preferred.
• Proficient in English communication.
