Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development activities throughout all RIBA-defined project stages
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to guarantee compliance with standards
• Collaborate effectively with clients, multidisciplinary team members, and contractors
• Develop planning proposals and detailed construction documentation
• Prepare technical specifications, tender documentation, and comprehensive working drawings
• Ensure delivery of high-quality drawings and related materials

Required Skills and Experience

• Registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)
• Extensive post-RIBA Part 3 experience within UK architectural practices
• Proficiency in Revit architectural software
• Proven project management experience in both residential and commercial developments
• Exceptional drawing and design capabilities
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
