Job Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals for AR Calling and Denial Management roles within the US Healthcare domain. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of revenue cycle management, specifically focusing on Physician or Hospital billing denials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable calling activities to improve collections.
- Handle denial management processes associated with US healthcare invoices.
- Resolve billing issues related to hospital or physician claims efficiently.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders to expedite AR payments.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in AR calling and denial management in the US healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of either physician billing or hospital billing denials.
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts as per business requirements.
- Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
