Apprenticeship Program - Line Maintenance Technician

Program Overview

Begin your career through a 2-year apprenticeship that combines practical, hands-on learning with support from experienced supervisors. The role is based in Singapore and is designed to build skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and production line support.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and fix breakdowns in production equipment.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to test cell setup.
• Inspect line equipment and restore it to working condition.
• Carry out equipment kit conversions as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance on testers.
• Complete monthly tester calibration activities.
• Share basic troubleshooting know-how with operators.
• Take part in Green Line initiatives and activities.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum NITEC qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent credential.
• At least 2 years of work experience in any industry.
• Comfort with basic MS Office applications.
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including day or night duty.
• No direct experience in this field is necessary, as training will be provided.
