Application Specialist

About the Role

AlphaArc Educational Consultancy is seeking a meticulous Application Specialist to handle student application processes, documentation, research tasks, and coordination for study abroad admissions. The position is based onsite at the Kadampanad Office in Adoor, Kerala.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to identify appropriate courses and institutions tailored to individual student profiles.
• Review and organize all student application documents ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Manage and complete online applications efficiently.
• Monitor application deadlines, track progress, and identify outstanding requirements.
• Verify applications for missing or incorrect information.
• Serve as a liaison between students, their families, educational institutions, and internal teams.
• Maintain updated application records and provide prompt status reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's and Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience in study abroad admissions or educational consultancy.
• Exhibit strong research abilities, analytical thinking, effective communication, and excellent organizational habits.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite, and spreadsheet software.
• Capable of troubleshooting fundamental issues with online applications and document uploads.
• Committed to full-time, onsite work at Kadampanad, Adoor office.

Experience with international education applications will be considered a plus.
