Role Overview

The AI Specialist will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions aimed at enriching CDA Academy's educational experiences, digital marketing initiatives, and internal operations. This full-time, hybrid position based in Kozhikode entails a balance between onsite collaboration with faculty and staff, and remote efforts in research, development, and testing. Responsibilities encompass constructing and refining AI models, embedding AI-driven tools into educational platforms and marketing workflows, conducting data analysis to enhance learner performance, and devising clear documentation intended for users without technical backgrounds. Additionally, the role involves close cooperation with curriculum developers to simplify complex AI topics for learners and aiding in the assessment and adoption of emerging AI technologies that align with the academy’s goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong capabilities in machine learning and AI, including experience with model creation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Proficiency in data processing techniques such as cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
• Programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, as well as API integration experience.
• Knowledge of AI applications in education and digital marketing, including recommendation systems, personalization engines, automation, and analytics related to learner outcomes and campaign effectiveness.
• Effective technical communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and produce clear user documentation.
• Preferred educational background includes Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
• Experience within edtech, digital marketing, or training sectors and exposure to live online learning platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment while adhering to ethical AI practices.
