AI Specialist

About the Role

Nextwo Co. is seeking a dedicated AI Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves creating and implementing advanced AI solutions for enterprise, government, and research projects.

Key Duties

• Architect and build AI solutions encompassing Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, recommendation engines, and AI agents.
• Conduct and facilitate hands-on AI workshops and technical training sessions focusing on LLM fine-tuning, transformer models, self-supervised learning, and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect technical requirements and prepare detailed AI proposals and specialized curricula.
• Provide mentorship for AI-related research and industry projects and assess technical outcomes through data-driven analysis.
• Support AI projects in automating analytics, developing key performance indicators, creating executive reports, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Python programming along with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLTK, Matplotlib, LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
• Experienced with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, AI agents, transformers, and retrieval-augmented generation methodologies.
• Skilled in delivering AI technical training and mentoring, as well as conducting practical AI laboratory sessions.
• Able to translate business needs into robust AI technical solutions.
• Familiarity with MySQL, Java, basics of FastAPI, and Arduino platform.
• Knowledge of ETL, data integration, data pipeline design, tools like Informatica PowerCenter and IBM watsonx.data (DataStage), data modeling, platforms such as Cloudera and Hadoop, data lakes, as well as financial and risk management software (OFSAA, EPM, ERM, Basel) is considered advantageous.
