AI Model Assessment Specialist

Overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for an AI Model Assessment Specialist. The work is estimated at 10 to 40 hours per week and pays between $22 and $70 per hour. The role focuses on reviewing AI-generated outputs, judging quality, and supplying clear guidance that helps improve model performance.

What you will do

• Review AI-created content across different subjects and assess how accurate and useful it is.
• Provide specific, practical feedback that can be used to refine and improve model behavior.
• Examine data and model responses for correctness, clarity, and alignment with the task objectives.
• Spot trends, unusual outputs, and subtle differences by using careful reading and close attention to detail.
• Work with teammates and share observations in a clear manner, both in writing and in conversation.
• Use real-world judgment to simulate user scenarios and evaluate how effective the model is in practice.

Requirements

• Native-level English ability at C1 or C2 standard.
• Strong reading comprehension and analytical reasoning skills.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to notice fine distinctions in output quality.
• Capacity to give feedback that is concrete, useful, and grounded in subject expertise.
• Good organization and time management while working remotely.
