About the Role
Join a pioneering AI team as one of the foundational engineers at a global technology leader known for delivering AI, cloud, and digital transformation services. This role focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions tailored for enterprise clients throughout the Middle East, specifically based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust Generative AI solutions tailored for enterprise applications.
- Develop AI applications, including Large Language Model (LLM) workflows and Agentic AI systems.
- Engage directly with high-level stakeholders and major international enterprises to understand and address their AI needs.
- Turn innovative AI concepts into fully functional production systems through prototyping and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and AI specialists to drive strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to defining the future trajectory of enterprise AI integration and usage.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in software engineering combined with practical applied AI expertise.
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript programming languages.
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI technologies, LLMs, GPT models, Agentic AI, or other AI applications.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Proven track record deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Direct consulting experience with customers, comfortably managing client relationships.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Skilled at converting complex business challenges into viable AI solutions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and forward-thinking.
