AI Engineer - Agentic

About the Role

Our subsidiary Nabeh seeks a dedicated Agentic AI Engineer to spearhead the design, construction, and deployment of advanced agentic AI systems. These systems will encompass both single and multiple agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing complex tasks. The position involves managing workflows that utilize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context engineering, memory, tool calling, reasoning, and communication between agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI infrastructures integrating AI agents with foundational models, enterprise tools, APIs, and third-party platforms using standard or custom orchestration frameworks.
• Create and sustain pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation, reasoning, and memory to root agent decisions in accurate, real-world data while supporting persistent, context-aware behavior.
• Develop workflows for both single and multi-agent scenarios including planning, delegation, tool selection, inter-agent communication, and incorporation of human-in-the-loop controls.
• Enhance orchestration and reasoning efficiency balancing factors such as autonomy, latency, costs, interpretability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with teams including Generative AI, application engineers, MLOps, and product managers to transition agentic AI from prototypes to scalable production solutions.
• Monitor and assess agent operational performance ensuring safety, accuracy, trustworthiness, observability, and delivering superior user experience.
• Document architectural designs, communication protocols, context engineering, memory organization, tool interfaces, and orchestration methodologies to promote transparency and reproducibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, cognitive architectures, evaluation techniques, and AI safety practices.
• Work cross-functionally to provide integrated AI solutions fulfilling customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Have at least 2 years of direct experience building agentic AI systems, developing LLM-based applications, or implementing sophisticated Generative AI solutions.
• Preferably hold over 5 years of total professional software engineering experience.
• Contributed to open-source projects related to agentic AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, evaluation tools, or agent communication protocols.
• Skilled in creating microservices and deploying AI apps on cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experienced with AI safety protocols addressing guardrails, observability, traceability, explainability, and evaluation for agentic systems.
• Practical deployment experience with containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern MLOps/LLMOps techniques in production.
