Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled AI Specialist to develop and enhance chat and voice AI agents aimed at improving customer service and process automation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversational AI workflows tailored to various use cases.
- Deploy AI-powered chatbots and voice assistant solutions efficiently.
- Integrate these AI agents seamlessly with websites, applications, and customer relationship management systems.
Skills and Requirements
- Familiarity with conversational AI platforms is essential.
- Experience working with APIs and automation technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge or experience with platforms such as Elevenlabs, Vapi, or equivalent alternatives is preferred.
