We are searching for an AI Architect who will be pivotal in shaping and implementing our AI technical vision. This position demands a strategic and tactical leader to create scalable, secure, and production-grade AI architecture leveraging cloud technologies, large language models, and agent-based AI approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete technical architecture design for AI-driven solutions across various client engagements.
• Evaluate, select, and standardize AI frameworks, platforms, and tools throughout the organization.
• Develop reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices for delivering AI solutions effectively.
• Conduct architectural reviews, enforce technical governance, and collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate business needs into scalable designs.
• Architect data systems supporting AI workloads including ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval.
• Set and promote engineering standards related to AI quality assurance, testing, security, and monitoring.
• Make strategic build-versus-buy technology decisions and manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.
• Mentor and elevate the AI architecture capabilities of engineering teams.
• Stay abreast of the evolving AI ecosystem to introduce actionable insights.
• Present architectural visions and strategies to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• In-depth expertise in agentic AI and orchestration of multiple AI agents including planning and reasoning.
• Ability to develop AI evaluation frameworks with relevant metrics and benchmarking for inherently variable systems.
• Skilled in prompt engineering, management techniques, and security measures such as injection prevention and guardrails.
• Experience ensuring reliable model deployment optimized for GPU usage with cost efficiency in inference.
• Proficient in designing comprehensive solutions covering frontend, backend, data, and AI layers.
• Competent in creating architectural documentation such as decision records and reference guides.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Expertise in AI data architecture including modeling, pipelines, and governance.
• Design of API integration patterns like REST, GraphQL, and gRPC tailored for AI service ecosystems.
• Address security concerns with thorough threat modeling, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and compliance.
• Advanced skills in major cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI managed cloud services including Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI.
• Usage of serverless and container orchestration technologies such as ECS/EKS, Cloud Run, and Lambda.
• Design and implementation of vector search infrastructures utilizing technologies like Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, and OpenSearch.
• Infrastructure as Code expertise with tools such as Terraform, CDK, and Pulumi combined with GitOps practices.
• Focus on AI financial operations and cost management.
• Advanced proficiency with Python for prototyping and code review and TypeScript/JavaScript for full-stack development.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and AgentCore.
• Implementation of AI observability solutions including tracing, logging, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Strong leadership skills encompassing mentoring, technical team leadership, and stakeholder communication.
• Experienced in facilitating architecture reviews, workshops, and enforcing governance processes.
