Aesthetic Trainer

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Aesthetic Trainer to join our education team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is crucial in conveying the iS Clinical brand philosophy to enhance brand recognition. The trainer will develop educational materials, lead both in-person and virtual training sessions, participate in seminars, and provide product support to business partners and end-users. The trainer will report directly to the Aesthetic Training Manager and will educate our global sales teams, partners, and prospects about iS Clinical products, treatments, and their underlying science. The position requires up to 50% travel, including flights and overnight stays.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Training Team to meet goals, strategies, and initiatives punctually and positively.
• Produce and share comprehensive knowledge of iS Clinical’s products, treatments, and scientific background with aesthetic professionals, customers, and team members through diverse training formats including demonstrations, seminars, and webinars.
• Travel consistently, up to half of the working time, coordinating with management for scheduling.
• Deliver timely feedback and reports as directed by the Aesthetic Training Manager.
• Host virtual webinars requiring reliable home internet, ensuring consistent messaging on product knowledge, protocols, scientific principles, sales approaches, and more.
• Work alongside education and marketing teams to generate innovative training materials and tools suited to the evolving aesthetic field.
• Continuously assess and update training content to meet audience needs effectively.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, ingredient information, and best practices to integrate into educational programs.
• Mentor internal employees to enhance communication and relationship-building skills with customers and partners.
• Contribute to the technical development of educational content and presentations.
• Serve as an advocate and liaison for business partners and customers to swiftly address product inquiries or issues.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Possession of an active aesthetics license.
• At least one year of experience in training, preferably within a relevant environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills, especially in strategic planning and clinical scheduling.
• Competent computer skills, especially intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-driven, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Impeccable follow-up skills and the ability to arrange travel logistics efficiently while considering budget constraints.
• Passion for training and a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards skincare and aesthetics.
• Professional approach to overcoming challenges.

Physical Demands

• Capacity to work for extended periods in front of a computer.
