About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Admission Officer to contribute directly to revenue growth by achieving sales targets through promotion and enrollment of our exclusive educational courses. This position involves working closely with both prospective and existing students to facilitate admissions, manage lead information, and maintain compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals.
- Promote, sell, and cross-sell the company's specialized educational programs to prospective and current students.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions, ensuring target achievement.
- Maintain accurate and updated student records in the lead management system to support follow-ups.
- Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Comply with internal policies and processes consistently.
Requirements
Candidates should have the capability to work in a sales-driven environment, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage leads and student interactions effectively. Attention to detail and process adherence is essential. Previous experience in admission counseling or education sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 45,000 to INR 55,000.
