About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor follow-ups to facilitate recovery of outstanding payments.
• Maintain meticulous records of recovery activities and update follow-up trackers accordingly.
• Assist in documentation and reconciliation tasks, including visiting client offices when necessary.
• Liaise with internal departments to acquire updates on payment statuses.
• Engage in any duties related to the collection of overdue payments from clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a bike for field visits as part of job responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and effective communication skills are preferred to aid in documentation and coordination.
