Overview
This is a contract-based accounting position focused on leveraging U.S. accounting expertise to assist AI development projects. The role demands remote commitment, ranging from 10 to 40 hours weekly, with a compensation between $90 and $100 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, annotate, and verify financial data applying U.S. accounting standards to support AI training initiatives.
- Ensure financial information aligns with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the United States.
- Provide subject matter expertise and detailed feedback on accounting processes to an AI development team.
- Engage with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks to offer insights into accounting operations and best practice workflows.
- Conduct quality assurance by auditing training datasets for discrepancies and missing data.
- Translate complex accounting concepts into clear, concise documentation suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks.
- Background in financial data annotation, auditing processes, and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities to convey technical details to various stakeholders.
