Accountant

Overview

We seek a dependable and skilled Accountant to manage daily financial operations, bookkeeping, taxation compliance, and accounting software management. The role requires excellent organizational abilities and strong expertise in accounting procedures and tax regulations.

Primary Duties

• Maintain daily bookkeeping by recording vouchers and overseeing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Utilize accounting software such as Tally Prime to enter financial information and handle ledger management accurately.
• Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and income tax returns punctually to ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Conduct bank reconciliations frequently to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
• Generate client invoices, monitor incoming payments, and provide support for monthly payroll processing for employees.
• Compile monthly financial statements including profit and loss reports and provide assistance during annual audit processes.
