Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time accountant to manage accounting and GST compliance for our small-scale menswear business. The position involves maintaining fundamental financial records, handling inventory and stock transfer documentation, and ensuring timely preparation and submission of monthly GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B).
Key Duties
- Maintain basic accounting records accurately and systematically.
- Manage inventory movements and record stock transfers in the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B and file them within required deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess foundational knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations.
- Familiarity with Tally accounting software is advantageous.
- Demonstrate reliability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
