Accountant / Accounts Executive

About the Role

The Accountant/Accounts Executive at Raj Graphic & Advertising is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations including managing transactions, billing clients, and maintaining comprehensive financial records. The role involves handling diverse payment methods, ensuring cash management accuracy and supporting payroll activities aligned with standard accounting protocols.

Key Duties

• Collect various forms of payments including cash, UPI, and card payments, issue receipts, and prepare invoices for services rendered.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at shift start and end, immediately addressing any discrepancies in cash balances.
• Administer petty cash by disbursing, monitoring, and documenting daily office expenses.
• Keep detailed daily and monthly financial transaction logs utilizing office accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Compile and present financial reports outlining sales, expenditures, and cash deposits for the organization.
• Engage with clients to resolve billing questions, manage inquiries, and oversee refund or credit processes.
