Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will own relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, act as their primary contact, and help them improve their performance on the platform. The role is focused on partner growth, satisfaction, and ongoing account health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop durable, trust-based relationships with current restaurant and vendor partners.
  • Keep partner satisfaction and retention high through regular communication, responsive support, and dependable service.
  • Act as a trusted business advisor by sharing insights that help partners grow on the platform.
  • Review sales, operational, and engagement data to spot opportunities in menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery operations.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations teams to respond to partner needs and resolve issues quickly.
  • Support smooth onboarding, campaign rollout, and issue handling for assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate and renew commercial agreements while maintaining a balanced and strategic partnership.
  • Ensure partners follow service-level commitments and maintain operational standards, including delivery quality and availability.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success; experience in food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical ability with confidence using data dashboards and Excel or Google Sheets to study performance and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a strong focus on creating value for partners.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Arabic fluency is mandatory.
