About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience providing training to callers in communication methods, product knowledge, and call handling skills. The intern will be responsible for creating and improving call scripts tailored to various products and campaigns, conducting role-play calls with feedback for skill enhancement, and monitoring caller performance to suggest communication and customer interaction improvements. Additionally, the intern will assist with recruiting, onboarding, and initial training of new callers.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must be available to work remotely, able to start between July 20, 2026, and August 24, 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests, with women looking to start or resume their careers especially encouraged to apply.
