About the Internship

This internship offers an opportunity to engage in comprehensive marketing activities centered around growth strategies to support the expansion of a premium real estate brand. The intern will collaborate across departments to develop and implement short and long-term business plans, generate and nurture client leads through multiple channels, and contribute to market research and data management efforts.

• Assist in creating and executing both short and long-term business strategies.
• Lead generation through telemarketing, email campaigns, below-the-line (BTL) activities, and online research.
• Analyze data, maintain an organized database, and conduct insights-driven market, industry, and competitor research.
• Support client acquisition processes including onboarding, engagement, and relationship management.
• Collaborate across teams, maintaining CRM systems and updating business performance reports regularly.
• Work towards achieving both individual goals and broader organizational objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work remotely and able to start between July 23rd and August 27th, 2026.
• Availability for the full six-month duration of the internship is required.
• Candidates should possess pertinent skills and interests related to client interaction and marketing activities.
• Women aiming to begin or restart their careers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Additional Details and Terms

• Stipend ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹60,000 monthly, including a fixed pay segment of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 and incentives up to ₹50,000 per month.
• Successful interns have the opportunity for full-time employment offering a salary between ₹240,000 and ₹480,000 annually.
