About the internship

This remote, part-time internship is with Safalta Setu, a non-profit initiative focused on connecting Army Brats, the children of Armed Forces personnel, with meaningful opportunities in industry. The organization works to support military youth through mentorship, career guidance, and access to professional networks, and is led by IIT alumni committed to building a long-term talent opportunity ecosystem.

What you will do

• Help screen and assess potential candidates using role fit, behavioral strengths, and alignment with the organization’s needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and assist with evaluation and assessment activities.
• Support onboarding tasks, including document checks and maintenance of employee records.
• Hold regular one-to-one conversations with interns and team members to understand engagement, motivation, and overall experience.
• Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts through thoughtful, professional, and empathetic communication.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellness, and team-building activities.
• Support HR operations, policy communication, and efforts that strengthen organizational culture.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, be able to begin between 4 July 2026 and 8 August 2026, and commit to a duration of 4 months. Candidates should have relevant skills and interests. Women who are looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend
