Internship Overview
This internship focuses on creative fundraising initiatives essential for social impact. The role emphasizes building trust and inspiring compassion to transform support into actionable outcomes. Pawzz has guided over 15,000 interns to develop empathy, strategic communication, and impactful fundraising skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative fundraising campaigns aligning with Pawzz's mission.
- Engage potential donors through compelling and thoughtful communication.
- Design narratives and campaigns that foster ongoing donor commitment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure campaign success and alignment.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes and refine strategies to enhance impact.

- Availability to commit for a period of 4 weeks (1 month).

Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend ranging from INR 1,500 to INR 15,000 as a lump sum payment.
- Stipend consists of fixed pay (INR 1,000 - 10,000) plus incentive pay (INR 500 - 5,000).
- Additional perks include certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and Instagram marketing.
- Strong networking, business analysis, and time management capabilities.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
- Passion for social work and community impact.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
- Previous fundraising or volunteer experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
