ECommerce Research and Operations Internship

About the Internship

This internship offers the chance to actively support Star Medicare World's ecommerce operations through comprehensive market and competitor research, product pricing analysis, and digital marketing campaigns management. You will be responsible for maintaining organized data sheets, researching keywords, ensuring accurate product uploads on Shopify, and assisting with Google Ads campaigns. Crafting engaging social media content and monitoring competing activities on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok is also part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth competitor and product price analysis to maintain well-structured comparison sheets using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Conduct keyword research with Google Keyword Planner and systematically organize the data for practical use.
• Accurately upload and manage product listings on Shopify including detailed descriptions, specifications, and variants.
• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns and report daily metrics including CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Create social media content using provided images and track competitor activities weekly on Instagram and TikTok.

Requirements

• Excellent command of written English, with a strong attention to detail; careless or sloppy work is unacceptable.
• Self-motivated individual able to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently deliver daily results.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools such as Claude AI and ChatGPT to expedite research, data organization, and content creation.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, conducting thorough online research, and quickly adapting to new tools by proactively seeking answers.
• Available to commit fully to a 4-month full-time, in-office internship; this role demands active execution and high engagement.
