What you will do

• Monitor job portals, government websites, and company career pages every day to spot fresh vacancy announcements.
• Download PDF notices and maintain them in a well-organized digital archive.
• Pull out important details from each notice, such as the post title, location, pay, application deadline, advertisement number, advertisement date, age criteria, required qualifications, and specialization, using DeepSeek to help analyze PDFs.
• Verify the extracted information against the source PDF to make sure everything is accurate and complete.
• Turn unstructured information into Excel or Google Sheets formats using standardized fields suitable for analysis and website backend use.
• Group vacancies according to qualification requirements.
• Highlight urgent opportunities, especially those closing within 7 days, for faster handling.
• Prepare and submit a daily summary of processed vacancies, including important trends and observations.
• Use PDF tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Smallpdf efficiently and contribute ideas to improve the workflow.
• Work with the team to refine extraction methods and solve any issues that come up.

Who can apply

Applications are open to candidates who can work remotely, are able to begin between 1 July 2026 and 5 August 2026, can commit to the full 6-month duration, and have the relevant skills and interest for the role. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 2,000 to 4,000.
