Join IHSKAS FOUNDATION as a Customer Service intern committed to creating meaningful change. We seek individuals fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu who exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to support our mission of transparent and impactful donation facilitation.
Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and courteous support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address customer questions, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve issues when possible; escalate complex inquiries to appropriate teams.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Maintain precise records of all customer communications and transactions.
- Spot areas for process enhancement to improve client satisfaction.
- Support administrative duties and assist in special projects as assigned.
Applicant Requirements
- Availability for remote work throughout the one-month internship period.
- Can commence between August 10 and September 14, 2026.
- Possess relevant communication skills and enthusiasm for the role.
