About the Internship
Join Iron Lady as a Content and Social Media Marketing intern and collaborate with a proactive team on meaningful projects designed to amplify our brand's visibility and engagement. This internship offers hands-on experience in crafting SEO-optimized content for websites and social channels, implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and analyzing campaign effectiveness to guide improvements.
Responsibilities
- Create captivating, SEO-friendly written material tailored for online platforms, including the company website and social media outlets.
- Design and execute content marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand recognition and increasing website traffic.
- Oversee and update social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with fresh and relevant content.
- Work closely with graphic designers to develop compelling visual content such as imagery and videos aligned with social campaigns.
- Track and evaluate social media campaign performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
- Engage actively with the digital community by responding promptly to comments and messages.
- Manage content scheduling in line with the editorial calendar to maintain consistent posting rhythms.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should be available for a full-time, on-site internship lasting 3 months beginning between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026. Applicants must possess relevant skills and a strong interest in content creation and social media marketing. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Perks
A monthly stipend ranging from 14,000 to 15,000 INR is offered. Additional benefits include a certificate upon completion, a casual dress code, complimentary snacks and beverages, and the potential for a job offer post-internship.

Additional Information
- Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment with a salary band of 300,000 to 400,000 INR annually.
