Role Overview
We seek a confident, engaging YouTube Anchor to host our channel's videos and become the face of RiVirtual. This role involves presenting high-quality content, working closely with the production team, and effectively communicating with viewers to ensure the content is both informative and entertaining. Ideal candidates will possess dynamic storytelling abilities and a strong on-camera presence.
Primary Duties
- Serve as the on-screen host for YouTube videos, delivering content professionally with enthusiasm and authenticity.
- Collaborate with writers and creators to prepare scripts and materials for shoots.
- Present interviews, property walkthroughs, product reviews, and demonstrations centered on real estate and lifestyle subjects.
- Engage the audience by incorporating humor and personality to build relatability.
- Interact with viewers via comments, live streams, and Q&A sessions to nurture community connections.
- Work with the creative team to conceive ideas, scripts, and storyboards for upcoming content.
- Contribute to strategies that increase the channel's reach and viewership.
- Coordinate with video production to ensure smooth recordings and maintain articulate, expressive on-camera delivery.
- Create promotional materials including intros, outros, and teasers for branding.
- Stay informed about YouTube trends, SEO methods, and analytics to enhance video performance.
- Promote content across social media to extend visibility and engagement.
- Support channel growth objectives such as subscriber and view count milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related disciplines preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience as a YouTube Anchor, television presenter, or content creator highly valued.
- Comfortable and charismatic when speaking before cameras.
- Skills in scriptwriting, hosting, or live streaming advantageous.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation capabilities.
- Engaging personality able to captivate a diverse audience.
- Knowledge of YouTube platform practices including SEO, algorithms, and analytics.
- Basic familiarity with video production terminology and processes.
Preferred Skills
