Role Overview
As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will primarily focus on workforce scheduling and planning at the Sales Market level. You will collaborate with Area and Store leadership to optimize store scheduling processes to drive robust sales outcomes. This position is a hybrid role reporting to the Controlling Manager and is located at the Toronto Support Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop hourly work schedules, including management roles, for stores aligned with sales market objectives while respecting salary budget limits.
- Coordinate hourly plans in partnership with Store Management to promote efficient store operations and enhance staff and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor sales and workforce scheduling to ensure coherence between store activities and market goals.
- Collaborate with Controlling teams to guarantee strong execution by synchronizing schedules with function plans.
- Provide support and training to stores to harmonize sales forecasts with scheduling, aiming to boost productivity and customer experience.
- Engage with Area Managers to gather insights from store visits for continuous improvement of workforce planning methods.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.
- Between 1 to 3 years of retail experience, preferably including retail management.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or finance-related roles.
- Capability to guide and advise team members in performance management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with sales and workforce planning tools and adaptability to proprietary systems.

Compensation
The salary for this position is set at $78,400 annually. Please note this figure represents an estimated range and may vary depending upon individual qualifications. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary at the company’s discretion.
