Web Designer

Overview

Muzazco Official's client, Coalition Technologies, is seeking a talented Web Designer proficient in crafting websites, brand identities, user interfaces, and digital experiences tailored to client needs. This full-time position offers remote work flexibility along with opportunities for career advancement, bonuses, and profit-sharing plans.

Primary Duties

• Develop customized websites optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and standardized design systems to guide project visuals.
• Design logos, comprehensive brand guidelines, and cohesive visual identity assets.
• Produce vector-based illustrations and iconography as needed.
• Collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, SEO experts, and project managers.
• Engage proactively in client meetings and deliver compelling presentations.
• Prepare and organize design files to facilitate smooth handoff to development teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and maintain high quality standards.

Qualification Criteria

• A robust portfolio showcasing web design work, preferably with experience in eCommerce projects.
• Proficiency using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, branding strategies, and responsive web design techniques.
• Preferred knowledge of HTML and CSS coding basics.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp, and Google Workspace essentials.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently and reliably.
• Possession of dependable computing equipment, stable internet access, microphone, and dedicated workspace.
• Availability for work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $15 to $35, dependent upon experience, geographic location, and performance on skills assessments.
