Position Overview
This is a permanent position at Cropland Solutions Inc located in Tofield, Alberta, Canada. The work language is English, and the schedule includes 35 to 40 hours per week with possible shifts involving mornings, days, and evenings. The role operates within a warehouse environment and contributes to organizational logistics and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee operational logistics for the company.
- Plan and coordinate logistics activities across various departments.
- Prepare and deliver reports pertinent to operations.
- Address work-related issues by providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements for both productivity and product quality.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on duties and company policies.
- Organize and coordinate additional staff training as required.
- Perform employee performance evaluations.
- Assign, monitor, and review work tasks among team members.
- Handle requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain and organize inventory records accurately.
Supervision
The supervisor will manage and direct a team of 5 to 10 employees.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to perform under pressure.
- Must maintain strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle weights up to 23 kilograms (50 pounds).
