Position Overview

Starting September 2026 and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this full-time onsite role involves working 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm under a rotating schedule of four days on followed by three days off, then three days on followed by four days off, including Monday to Wednesday plus alternate Thursdays. The Warehouse Operator will support fast-paced warehouse operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe material handling and contributing leadership in process improvements and team support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and manufacturing support tasks.
• Operate equipment such as pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Manage ERP/WMS system transactions including shipping, receiving, and stock cycle counts.
• Identify and resolve issues related to inventory, shipping, and receiving.
• Coordinate freight shipments, including international inbound and outbound logistics.
• Utilize basic to intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting warehouse data.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead daily team check-ins.
• Provide training and support for new warehouse team members.
• Assist with prioritizing tasks and organizing workload.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse or material handling functions.
• Proficient in using ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Skilled in operating electric-powered material handling machinery.
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong communication, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
