Warehouse Operator

Role overview

DSV is hiring a Warehouse Operator in Singapore for a full-time, on-site role. The position focuses on day-to-day warehouse execution, accurate handling of stock and documents, and consistent support in meeting operational targets.

Key duties

• Follow all warehouse safety rules, quality standards, and operating procedures.
• Carry out 5S practices to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
• Handle inbound and outbound movements, cycle counts, and other warehouse tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Inspect shipments visually and flag any defects, discrepancies, or exceptions.
• Assist the Supervisor in meeting required KPI targets.
• Manage routine warehouse work such as stocktaking, material movement, record upkeep, and documentation control.
• Make sure all paperwork is correct and submitted within the required time.
• Take part in process improvement efforts and help implement changes.
• Work continuously toward better productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Comfortable using a computer; experience with Warehouse Management Systems and SAP is preferred.
• A forklift license and/or VNA license will be considered an advantage.
