About the Role
Growth Way Developers is seeking Domestic Voice Process Executives to join their team in Chennai. This position involves engaging potential clients within the Real Estate sector through outbound telephonic communication.
Primary Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via outbound calls to discuss project specifics.
- Generate leads by informing clients about real estate offerings.
- Follow up with leads to nurture interest and clarify queries.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Open to both freshers and professionals.
- Proficiency in Tamil with strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations is essential.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges from 18,000 to 35,000 INR, commensurate with experience and performance.
