Role Overview

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to exercise creativity within a fast-paced retail and food setting. The Visual Merchandiser will implement weekly visual directives provided by the Head of Visual Merchandising, maintain high standards in-store, and collaborate closely with retail, food, and visual merchandising teams to deliver impactful visual displays.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply visual merchandising strategies as directed by the Head of Visual Merchandising to effectively manifest the brand's creative vision.
• Analyze sales data to inform and adjust floor plans for optimized product presentation.
• Work collaboratively with in-store teams daily and the mobile visual merchandising team weekly to uphold merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated substantial experience in visual merchandising roles.
• Possess a strong portfolio showcasing innovative merchandising work.
• Creative mindset with ability to innovate visually.
• Competent in analyzing sales and merchandising reports as well as survey findings.
• Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
• Good problem-solving abilities paired with spatial awareness and manual dexterity.
• Comfortable working effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible availability throughout the working week.
