Job Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain a consistent corporate design across all channels including print, digital, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and design marketing and sales communication materials within an international B2B environment.
• Create design solutions derived from strategic brand, product, and target audience requirements.
• Produce and advance layouts, visual imagery, and design systems.
• Plan, execute, and supervise photo and video productions, such as shootings, image concepts, and basic motion content.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external service providers.

Candidate Profile

• Completed education or degree in graphic or communication design.
• Several years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within B2B or industrial sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) along with basic skills in video and image editing.
• Experience in concept creation and production of photo and video content.
• Proven expertise in managing corporate design and brand guidelines.
• Creative, organized, and quality-focused work approach.
• Fluent in German and English.
