Role Overview
This remote position is focused on delivering senior-level administrative assistance to executives and leadership. The role centers on keeping schedules organized, communication flowing, meetings well coordinated, and daily operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities
You will handle calendar coordination, communication management, workflow tracking, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and day-to-day document support. Strong organization, discretion, and the ability to juggle several priorities at once are essential for success in this role.
Calendar and Communication Management
- Plan and update executive calendars, including meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Review incoming emails and other messages, responding or escalating as needed.
- Represent executives with clear, polished communication.
- Coordinate correspondence across internal teams and outside contacts.
Task and Workflow Coordination
- Monitor tasks, deadlines, and priority items to keep work moving on time.
- Organize follow-ups from meetings and communication threads.
- Support daily administrative processes and workflow handling.
- Keep records of activities accurate, structured, and up to date.
Meeting and Travel Support
- Arrange meeting details such as agendas, supporting materials, and virtual meeting setup.

Documentation and Administrative Support
- Create, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications
