We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. This opportunity is available both as an employed position and as an associate role. We desire someone eager for long-term career development within a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities and Skills Required

• Provide traditional PA/EA services including managing diaries, inboxes, client communications, and organizational tasks.
• Handle multiple client accounts efficiently, working swiftly within dynamic small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Utilize creativity confidently, particularly using Canva for social media content, presentations, and client resources.
• Establish and maintain professional, trustworthy, and friendly relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate initiative and independence, working resourcefully without requiring close supervision.
• Exhibit a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

Additional Information

• Applicants must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Minimum of three years freelance experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting multiple clients is required.
