Videographer - Gold Coast

Overview

Join Aspire Advocates as a Videographer based on the Gold Coast. This role involves creating high-quality property films and social media reels with a focus on cinematic style and premium execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce premium videos of properties and social content with professional filming techniques.
• Utilize gimbal and handheld equipment to achieve smooth cinematic movements.
• Film interior spaces using deliberate pacing and balanced natural lighting.
• Operate drones to capture aerial shots highlighting architectural features and surrounding environments.
• Record lifestyle and ambient footage that aligns with the WHITEFOX brand image.
• Capture clean audio on location, including agent interviews and ambient sounds, as needed.

On-Set Duties

• Interpret shoot instructions independently and execute them efficiently.
• Adapt filming style to each property, working solo or with agents.
• Direct simple lifestyle scenes to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all footage is stable, well-lit, and visually consistent across all projects.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and media team to uphold brand standards.
• Offer suggestions on shot lists, movement techniques, and new filming methods.
• Maintain a professional and composed demeanor during shoots involving clients and vendors.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience filming interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle subjects.
• Proficiency with gimbal workflows and drone operation, including holding a drone license.
• Strong expertise in lighting, exposure, composition, and balancing mixed lighting conditions indoors.
• Adept at recording clear dialogue and ambient audio on-site when necessary.
• Excellent visual judgment including composition, pacing, emotional tone, and colour accuracy especially for interiors and skin tones.
• Ability to creatively enhance simple spaces through framing, movement, and natural light.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, with the ability to keep all gear organized and shoot-ready.
