About the Role
Scale My Marketing, an expanding brand focused on social media, digital marketing, and content creation, is seeking a skilled Reel Editor/Video Editor to join their team in Delhi, India. This full-time position requires at least one year of experience and involves crafting captivating video content that appeals to a broad audience across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos with high quality and creativity.
- Transform raw footage into dynamic, visually appealing clips by incorporating music, sound effects, graphics, text overlays, and smooth transitions.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in social media, video editing techniques, and viral content formats.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure video content aligns with brand standards and marketing goals.
- Adhere to deadlines while upholding meticulous attention to detail in every project.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or other equivalent software.
- Experience specifically with short-form video content editing including Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce viral and engaging content that stands out.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and what resonates with target audiences.
- Additional skills such as color grading, motion graphics, and audio synchronization are advantageous.
- Submission of a portfolio demonstrating prior video editing projects is mandatory.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
