Vice President, Customer Service

Overview

RoShay Services is searching for a seasoned executive to join as Vice President of Customer Service. This leadership role entails architecting and overseeing the comprehensive customer support framework, ensuring an exceptional client experience across all stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and articulate the vision for customer experience.
• Manage customer onboarding and account management procedures.
• Lead the development and refinement of billing systems.
• Oversee incident management and contribute to system roadmap planning.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service.
• Support product-related processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement programs to collect and act on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Background in technical or engineering disciplines.
• Experience with wholesale data center operations preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service and operational leadership.
• Ability to excel in fast-growing, dynamic company environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including collaboration, empathy, and adaptability.
• An operationally paranoid mindset ensuring rigorous attention to detail.
