Verification & Onboarding Operations Executive

Role Overview

As a Verification & Onboarding Operations Executive, you will be instrumental in protecting the platform and its users from fraudulent activities, harassment, and other malicious risks. This position demands sharp analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a firm yet communicative approach to enforcing policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assess reported content, user conduct, and any possible breaches to ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
• Manage employer verification through KYC processes, data validation, and job quality checks, applying corrective measures including warnings, removals, or suspensions as necessary.
• Engage with users and employers directly via calls to clarify KYC standards, explain any policy violations, and assist with compliance strategies.
• Detect trends such as fraud, hate speech, and harassment to enhance safeguarding policies.
• Collaborate with verification, customer support, and sales teams to guarantee uniform policy implementation.
• Assist in evolving policies and processes to maintain and elevate platform security.
• Achieve productivity and quality goals defined by management.

Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree.
• Preferably experienced in trust and safety, content moderation, or managing risk.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving aptitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in English and Hindi, particularly in user-facing situations.
• Capability to operate autonomously and make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
